In the programs of 14IB implemented in whole ESamar, it is given trust and confidence to the people that will bring or transpire peace and development in the society.
It included with this program thus the good relations of every Avengers to the populace, close coordination and tying up with the different local and national government officials and offices and civil authorities, involvement in the realization of developmental projects, conducting of widest information dissemination to the populace and youth on ruthless effects and actions of CPP/NPA/NDF with the community, crimes prevention and environmental protection and developing the livelihood of individuals. To help the officials to become good leader for their people, to give them some idea how the organization make stronger and developing people for have a unity and encouraging them to give proper care, attention, education and good advice to their children’s through the good relationship of every family. Following to the program of the national government so that there are many people and municipalities who had peaceful mind together with the member of the NPA so some of them surrender to the custody of 14IB. The people are not want the insurgency to exist continuously in their places in fact they voluntarily reported those enemy presence, drastic actions and human rights violation, offensive plans against government troops and even the identities of supporters and its members. This is resulted for the severe engagement in the different AO with the local terrorist.
In making the province safe and developed, constructing or establishing KBP projects in selected and prioritized brgys in the AO.
